Preeclampsia (pregnancy-induced elevated blood pressure) is more common among GDM women. Combined evidence-based nursing (CEBN) is indeed a method of making quality judgments and offering nursing treatment based on individual clinical experience combined with the most up-to-date. This strategy is built on the premise of evidence-based practice (EBP). So, this research monitoring the effect of combined evidence-based nursing (CEBN) on perinatal complications and pregnancy outcomes in GDM patients concerning demographic features. Initially, the GDM patient’s datasets are gathered and that are partitioned into control team and investigational team. A standard treatment is provided for the control team and also the evidence-based nursing (EBN) treatment is provided for the investigational team. To assess the conditions of the GDM patients, the Pearson Chi-squared test, McNemar test, and the ordinary logistic regression analysis are utilized. This research aids nurses on monitoring the effect of the CEBN on perinatal complications and pregnancy outcomes in GDM patients. The performance of this research is examined with existing nursing models to accomplish our research with the greatest effectiveness. Findings of this research are depicted as chart by employing the MATLAB tool.</p> ER -
