Application of risk management of nursing patients with hematologic malignancies
Abstract
Background:
Only few data available for critical care of the hematological malignant patients. In this study the care quality was compared with the hematological and the solid tumor patients.
Methods:
Patients having cancer within the September 2019 to the February 2021 undergone critical care has been incorporated. All the researchers have collected all data from the hospital databases.
Results: Out of the 814 studied persons number of patients are 114. At least 30 days life hematological malignant patients are 55% whereas the other ]types are 2.8% P value is 0.03, similar observation has been found in the admission in the hospitals (78.9%) compared to the other patients 46.9% p value is less than 0.001, les than 2 days hospitalisation is the 24% in the case of the malignant compared to the other patients (P value less than 0.001). The aggressive care composite score is the higher among the malignant patients relatively than the other patients. In the multivariate analysis it has been found that malignancy is associated with the aggressive life care (P<0.001).
Conclusion:
It has been concluded that malignant cancer patients has received more care than the other group of the patients.
