Analysis of risk factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction based on coronary imaging analysis
Analysis of risk factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Abstract
Introduction: This paper uses coronary imaging to explore the risk factors of patients with acute myocardial infarction, and analyze the effect of coronary imaging in the analysis of risk factors of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
Methods: This paper uses coronary imaging analysis to analyze the risk factors of patients with acute myocardial infarction, uses actual cases to perform the study, and uses data analysis to obtain the risk factors of patients with acute myocardial infarction and the degree of influence of these factors.
Results: Single vessel disease is the main disease in young AMI patients (34 cases, accounting for 54.0%), most of the involved branch vessels are left anterior descending artery (51 cases, accounting for 81.0%), the second type is the right coronary artery (30 cases, accounting for 47.6%), the elderly patients with AMI mostly have the three-vessel disease (77 cases, accounting for 55.8%), and the left main trunk is more common in the elderly than in the young.
Discussion: The risk factor analysis method for patients with acute myocardial infarction based on coronary imaging analysis has a good effect.
